Software I've written... (Feel free to comment and criticize! I also take praise.)
DeepSkyI like to think this program helped launch many of the current crop of Deep Sky charting programs available. At the time it was written there weren't too many around. I can see a number of the features that I have in one form or another in many of today's programs. Maybe (possibly) they were inspired by me! You can still download it. If you're a member of QCUIAG feel free to use it without obligation (my gift) for rekindling my latent astrophotographic leanings. Anyone else, feel free to download and use it. If you want to send me money, that's great! I'll buy beer (or more likely telescope equipment) with the proceeds. Download it here. QCamLogQCamLog Screen Capture program Version 0.91 (Beta). Download and install the program. Its written in Visual Basic 6.QCamLog can be used to capture the camera settings of your camera while taking astrophotos out in the cold and dark. It is camera and image capture program independent. No more huddling over a cold notebook with a flashlight in your teeth. Read the Readme.txt file for instructions on how to use it. Suggestions for improvements gladly accepted. This program is the result of a collaborative effort between Jan Timmermans and myself. Check out Jan's web site at http://www.firmament.tk. If you're having trouble installing the QCamLog program you can try the following...
